As part of the KES Tax team, you will build and develop relationships across the business to gain a deep understanding of our operations, commercial activities, and strategic priorities, allowing you to apply economic and strategic thinking to complex tax matters and key business decisions.
Working closely with Koch's broader tax organization of more than 350 professionals, you will leverage capabilities across various tax capabilities including US domestic and international tax, foreign jurisdictional tax, transfer pricing, state and local, indirect, controversy, and M&A to support business objectives, manage risk, and create long-term value.
This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key transactions, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes.
What You Will Do
* Support the Business Tax Director and business leaders to identify opportunities, anticipate business needs, evaluate trade-offs, and develop tax-efficient solutions that support business objectives and long-term value creation.
* Develop key business relationships and serve as a trusted tax advisor while collaborating closely with business commercial teams and capabilities (e.g., accounting, legal, treasury, FP&A, commercial, etc.).
