Position Summary
As a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN), you will oversee day-to-day nursing operations on your unit, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.
You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, and serve as a resource for both clinical and support teams.

General Purpose
