* Three (3) or more years of combined experience in finance/accounting and manufacturing


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Cost accounting experience highly desired


* Previous internal audit experience preferred


* Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles


* MBA, CMA and / or CPA highly desired


* Ability to communicate clearly & concisely in both written and oral form


* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills


* Experience with querying databases


* Excellent analytical skills
