Our Water Works Estimators read and interpret technical water works data.
This position works closely with contractors and our branch and corporate teams to ensure proper and timely ordering of materials, submittal data and shipment of quoted material to the customer’s satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the time and attendance system and works as a team preparing and processing a multi-state biweekly payroll in conformance with company policy and Federal and State regulations.
* Audit employee time records companywide, working with remote locations to resolve issues.
* Process employee additions and changes in the payroll system including earnings, deductions and benefit accruals.
* Prepare and upload payroll related batch entries for biweekly payroll.
* Audit payroll for accuracy.
* Calculate manual payroll for terminations, special payments and garnishments as required.
* Provide back-up payroll support for the Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
* Assist the Payroll and Benefits Administrator with year-end processes.
* Answer employee and management questions related to time and/or pay.
* Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience with timekeeping and payroll processing.
Multistate payroll processing experience preferred.
* Knowledge of automated payroll and time & attendance systems such as UKG and ADP.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient with excel and data entry.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills.
