RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Help analyze and interpret cost records to compute the costs of product or services (electric, gas, water, etc.).
* Establish pricing to recover costs and earn a reasonable return.
* Develop data necessary to submit, support and complete rate applications and reports before regulatory authorities.
* Assist with detailed evaluations of projects considering various aspects such as statistical data, strategic goals of the company, competition, and the political/social climate.
* Ensure that regulated tariffs meet the specifications of the regulatory environment (PSCW, MPUC, FCC, FERC, etc.).
* Assist with forecasting and scheduling utility nominations for the electric and gas distribution systems and customers.
* Assist with the administration of firm and interruptible contracts and agreements to ensure the successful transfer of supply across relevant distribution systems.
* Help ensure compliance with all laws and regulations within the electric, gas, and water utilities.
* Help research current compliance issues and helps ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place and being followed.
* Work directly with accounting, finance, customer service and operations to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
* Help develop and implement effective regulatory compliance processes and procedures with both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining working relationships.
* Contribute regulatory compliance expertise toward Company initiatives.
* Ensure adequate internal review of regulatory filings.
* Track and monitor regulation and policy to determine the impact to the Company and to identify priority compliance issues.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the corporation and with associated external parties.

What your day-to-day will look like:
* Operate powered industrial lift truck (forklift) and order picker to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials

What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
* To be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
It’d be great if you also have:
* A High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of warehouse experience
* A positive attitude and the willingness to work well in a team environment
* Strong communication skills
This job requires the ability to:
* Lift and move items of various sizes and shapes that weigh up to 50 lbs
* Sit or stand for long periods of time
* Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled and may be hot or cold
