About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist will provide assistance in the general administration of the Human Resources Department.
This includes managing and supporting employee leave programs, overseeing the workers' compensation programs, supporting human resources and administrative activities such as HR specific ADP database maintenance, file maintenance, and general support to employees to ensure compliance with company policies.
This also includes assisting in the research, development and implementation of new or revised HR programs as well as assisting in the ongoing management of existing programs in coordination with ADP Comprehensive Services.
The position requires prior knowledge and skills in Human Resources.
What You'll Do
