This role is responsible for processing a variety of documents required for the shipment of finished goods and the receiving of raw materials in accordance with established procedure.
Job Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials and record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies into the computer system.
• Prepare outbound product with appropriate seals and labels and stage for pick up using a variety of equipment including scales, postage meters, hand tools, power tools, and hand trucks.
• Receive inbound deliveries by reviewing contents, order records, manifests, and invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipment.
Record receipts in computer system and arrange for storage according to established procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries courteously, accurately, and timely.
Investigate a variety of issues including, but not limited to, shipping issues, inventory levels, and costs.
Refer complex issues to the next higher level.
• Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks including filing, sorting, printing, copying, and faxing.
• Comply with all established organization rules including, but not limited to, work rules, employment policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures.
This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.

Experience & Skills
• 0-1 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents.
• Ability to enter data into established computer programs, create simple word processing and spreadsheet documents, correspond by e-mail, and other related computer-based activities.
• Ability to communicate courteously, clearly, and effectively with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and truck drivers.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• 1 year of manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual is a plus.

* Communicate with all parties (adjusters/policyholders) in adherence with edjuster's commitment to timely and informative updates on the content claims process.
* Complete/submit detailed work/time logs on a daily basis, for all claims processed.
* Maintain claim related notes in the Company's Claims System/Web-application, exclaim, relating to incurred hours over productivity standards, as well as related to specific issues and other pertinent notes.

What will your job look like?
The Manager, Fleet Maintenance oversees and maintains an effective fleet maintenance program to ensure that fleet vehicles are maintained in an effective and safety conscious manner. The Manager, Fleet Maintenance will be able to perform duties in a timely manner and advise leadership of any potential issues that could affect the overall performance and longevity of the fleet.

What You’ll Do:
* Provide daily guidance and support to direct reports
* Responsible for maintenance, service, diagnosing and minor repair of MTM Transit service vehicles
* Plan and schedule team workloads based on preventative maintenance tasks, utilizing budget and personnel
* Develop vehicle tracking and fleet maintenance portfolio to ensure cost effective means of maintaining fleet
* Ensure vehicle documentation (i.e., registration, insurance, etc.) is current and kept in vehicle as required
* Track and report weekly all maintenance issues and potential risks to leadership
* Review driver history to ensure safe driving practices and identify any potential safety issues
* Train drivers and maintenance staff on correct pre-trip and post-trip inspections procedures to include completing DVIRs
* Review DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports) for accurateness and address any issues annotated
* Establish a network of local repair vendors to utilize for services to ensure the most cost effective means of repair and servicing
* Ensure OSHA, DOT, and FTA compliance
* Ensure shop or facility is clean and kept in a professional working manner
* Report any spills, falls, incidents to Manager as required
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in a related field
* Must have 3 years (within the last 5 years) of recent and relevant experience managing maintenance functions of a transit bus maintenance shop similar in scope, size (100 in fleet) and complexity to the work and with the same of similar type of transit vehicles/equipment.
* journeyman level experience with medium/large gasoline engines, air conditioning systems, and wheelchair lifts.
