As an Associate, Talent Acquisition on the TA team, you will be responsible for...
* Leveraging recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
* Supporting campus recruiting activities across assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers
* Partnering with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to deliver campus hiring strategy
* Building candidate pipelines across hiring profiles and businesses and fostering ongoing candidate relationships
* Tracking and managing budget for recruiting activities

The team
