Job Summary
The Senior Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions across our manufacturing systems and business platforms.
This role plays a key part in modernizing legacy systems, improving data connectivity, and enabling seamless integration between ERP (e.g., SAP), cloud platforms, and plant-floor technologies.
Reporting directly to the Applications Director the Senior Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance, to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that support both digital transformation and day-to-day manufacturing operations.

* Supervise the complete scope of the Quality function or more than two specific quality sub-functions as the ultimate person in charge of customer satisfaction.
* Organize/manage the Quality function within a given entity (includes quality planning, allocation of resources and quality measurements).

* Establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation in quality of the material, size, weight, finish or other characteristics for goods or services, and maintain these standards
* Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of unsatisfactory performance at relevant stage of the quality loop (quality spiral) in order to result in economic effectiveness.
Main Activities

•Manage the CS&Q in the Plant and is the owner of the SPS Cards 6A, 9A, 9C, 9D for the plant
•VOC : Voice Of the Customer
• Interact regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concerns
• Represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity
• Influence the decision process of their entity to always take into account the voice of the customers (SPS, etc.)
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals by defining, implementing and managing action plan
Quality Excellence
• Run CS&Q related processes (Issue to Prevention)
• Run the Product Return Management (Analysis and Expertise Center if any)
• Drive Quality Excellence in Supply Chain (from Suppliers to Customers)
• Drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement
• Consolidate all Non Quality Costs and drive improvement actions
• Alert the management on issues
•Contribute to the Tailored Supply Chain implementation
Quality System
Implement the Schneider quality policy, define CS&Q roles, targets and objectives within the entity
Advocate to drive and implement the Global directives and policies
Manage the Quality Management System of the entity
Management & networking
Network continuously with CS&Q teams to ensure their entity's needs are understood and considered
Identify & capitalize on best practices in quality
Ensure the right level of competency for the CS&Q teams
