Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will assist individuals in working toward their personal goals.
DSP staff support individuals with tasks such as meal preparation, community outings, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, attending appointments, and taking medication.
Staff should feel comfortable providing personal care, medical supports, and other daily supports to those they assist.
Staff should feel comfortable responding to interfering behaviors.
Essential Job Duties:
* Work on tailored outcomes with each person in the home.
Outcomes may include budgeting, behavioral management, community exploration, meal planning, organizational skills, coping skills, and/or physical fitness.
* Be an active participant with individuals served when working on outcomes and out in the community.
* Assist with personal cares as needed per person served.
* Provide guidance and instructional teaching to persons while building life skills.
* Provide cleaning, cooking and medication administration to the individuals living at the home.
* Provide supervision and transportation in the community on activities and appointments.
Typically, a company vehicle is available, but times may require use of own personal vehicle.
Preferred Experience:
* At least 1 year supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health diagnosis
* At least 1 year working with individuals with verbal and physical aggressions
* At least 1 year implementing Emergency Use of Manuel Restraints (applicable at select programs)
Required Qualifications:
* Staff must be at least 18 years of age to support Adult Programs
* Staff must be 21 years of age or older to support Youth Programs
* Proficient in spoken and written English language
* Have a vehicle to use for work related purposes with current car insurance
* Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy
* Have a Wi-Fi-enabled device for work related purposes
* Successful clearance of a Department of Human Services (DHS) Background Study

JOB SUMMARY: Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with state and federal standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Maintain the medication cart including audit procedures for PRN medication and controlled medicines as defined by the nursing standards.
7.
Perform skin evaluations and skin treatment as required by skin treatment protocols.
8.
Monitor blood glucose, temperature, and blood pressure.
9.
Assist patients/residents with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other resident needs.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must be currently licensed in the State of Florida as a License Practical Nurse. Must be CPR Certified.
Experience and Basic Knowledge: One year of long term care desirable.
Med/Surg, Home Health experience helpful.
Also experience working with the handicapped, developmentally disabled, or older adults preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Assists with the development and, implementation of the Bank's Secrecy Act and AML Program; makes recommendations to Management when appropriate; and is required to submit reports to the Management detailing the Bank's BSA and AML investigations. Other duties may be assigned from time to time due to business necessity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Using the Bank’s AML/Fraud Monitoring system, investigate and assess alerts relating to potential money laundering and fraud risks in the organization; make use of transactional and customer records, reports and publicly available information to identify and research patterns and anomalies in customer data to detect suspicious activity related to money laundering, underlying criminal activity or structuring; document investigations of unusual banking activity to support decision-making for federal Suspicious Activity Reports; provide investigative results to the Bank’s AML Committee for review.
* Prepare clear and accurate Suspicious Activity Reports for filing with the federal government.
* Provide support and back-up for the daily Currency Transaction Reporting processing, ensuring timely and accurate filing. Maintain well organized records of CTR submissions and acknowledgments.
Review OFAC alerts from the Bank’s AML/Fraud Monitoring software, ensuring timely response to OFAC’s SDN List and other national and international security lists.
* Upload FinCEN’s bi-weekly 314(a) files and reviewing/decisioning all alerts generated. Maintain records supporting results of same in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Using the AML/Fraud Monitoring software and system reports, identify high risk customers for enhanced due diligence (EDD). Maintain accurate and complete records on the Bank’s high risk customers, including documentation of enhanced monitoring.

* Receive and process client requests via telephone, mail or walk-in to include completing paperwork, entering and updating account information on insureds’ risk file, requesting endorsements, completing RMV paperwork, and confirming vehicles registered.
* Complete applications for new business and submit to the companies for processing within 24-48 hours of writing the policy.
* Create new risk files via computer and enter insureds’ policy and coverage data.
Enter follow-up for CSR to track new business or change rate class (date first licensed).
* Maintain contact with clients so their renewal policies reflect current values and their coverage is broadened where applicable.
