The Senior Manager Compliance Data Analytics – Data Science (AI/IA) is a core member of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) - Compliance Data Management, Analytics & Reporting (CDMAR) team reporting to the Director, Compliance Analytics CDMAR.

You will be responsible for partnering with Global Operations members (Compliance Solutions, Risk Management Services, Innovation & Program Management); Project Management Offices within the Franchise / Company Compliance Officers and business partners to identify, develop and implement Generative AI Capabilities and Intelligent Automation solutions that enhance our digital landscape and advance our operational capabilities.
 

Responsibilities:


* Oversee our HCC GenAI / IA strategy, implementation and execution in collaboration with CDMAR colleagues


* Manage team in a matrix environment and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.


* Develop and communicate strategic direction for Gen AI/IA & Computational Sciences processes that align with organizational goals and objectives.


* Provide guidance and oversight of GenAI use case submissions in alignment with governance best practices.
