Position Summary The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Division, with a primary focus on Associate Records and Talent Acquisition.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting HR operations through the effective use of theHRIS, GoodPoint, and other approved systems.
The HR Assistant also serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and plays a critical role in onboarding, record management, and background screening processes.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy
* Serve as the technical architect and primary SME for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.
Solution Delivery
* Lead the design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
* Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.
Operations & Technical Leadership
* Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
* Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
* Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.
Education and Experience:
* Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
