Petersburg.
In this role, the Health Resource Nurse (RN or LPN) oversees the on-site health clinic and provides routine health monitoring for residents. This position may also provide support for pre-employment requirements for new hires. This position reports to the Executive Director of the assigned community.
Schedule: Part-time; 25 hours per week
This position is responsible for:
* Meeting and assessing new residents for the Independent Living and the Residential Assisted Living areas.
Assessing residents that are transitioning back into Independent Living from Residential Assisted Living areas.
* Responding to emergencies in Independent Living and other common areas of the campus.
Providing First Aid care for residents and staff.
* Completing wound care for Independent Living and Residential Assisted Living.
* Setting-up and maintaining appointments for both the Clinic and outside medical care for Independent Living residents.
Monitoring blood pressure checks, labs and X-rays for Independent Living residents.

General Purpose
