OBJETIVO:
Coordinar y supervisar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso de transporte terrestre nacional, desde y hacia puerto y también transporte terrestre Internacional dentro del Cono Sur de América, incluyendo facturación y velar por la correcta cobranza de dicha facturación.
RESPONSABILIDAD:
* Asegurar, coordinar y supervisar el cumplimiento del proceso de transporte terrestre nacional e internacional en tiempo y forma.
* Controlar coordinaciones de retiro/entrega de cargas con Agencia de aduanas/Clientes y flota de camiones (proveedores) desde y hacia puertos Chilenos a lo largo del país y en tramos Internacionales, a través de los diferentes medios de comunicación
* Creación de Quick booking/Shipment en Sistema CW1 para embarques de transportes terrestre que no sean de los productos OFR-AFR-IPR.
* Dar soporte a requerimientos de oficinas DHL Origen/Destino y cliente.

* Dar servicio de seguimiento diario a los diferentes status de los procesos de Transporte local/internacional y su trazabilidad de manera eficiente y eficaz a los clientes internos y externos, utilizando diferentes criterios de búsqueda y registros de eventos a través de CW1.
* Controlar coordinación de almacenamiento Full de camiones/contenedores para cargas de clientes en particular y/o cuando se requiera por motivos de seguridad.
* Asegurar y ejecutar correctamente el proceso de facturación, para procesos DAP-OFR, DOM e IRF.
* Envío de facturas por correo electrónico a clientes (cuando corresponda) para posterior contabilización y pago de ellas.
* Supervisar el ingreso de eventos por parte de los proveedores a través de ESP o en su defecto ingresar tales eventos (PCF-DCF) para el Cumplimiento de, el o los KPI`s que conlleven un proceso de transporte local/internacional, entregando servicio de calidad al cliente interno y externo, en tiempo y forma conforme a las políticas de la organización.
* Controlar, provisionar y velar que se cumpla un óptimo costeo e ingreso de gastos para los servicio brindados por proveedores de transporte terrestre y sus derivados.
