Essential Responsibilities
The Assistant Network Administrator will:
* Support Network Administrator duties to include maintenance, compliance, and support of bank technology.
* Support regulatory compliance initiatives as directed.
* Support the IT department with Help Desk requests and calls as needed, including escalations from technicians.
* Assist in training IT department staff and support employee training for best practices.
* Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* Associate degree in an IT related field, and
* Two (2) years of network support experience in a mid to large business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Five (5) years of network support experience in a mid to large business environment.
