The Lead Data Engineer reports to the Senior Manager of Analytics Technology and provides both expert guidance and hands-on development of the enterprise data warehouse, Salesforce CRMA platform, BI delivery, and other related tasks.
The lead is heavily focused on individual contribution in hands-on development, but also provides leadership via assisting on the development of technical architecture, adherence to naming conventions, change control, best practices, DevOps, QA/QC, and other technical topics as well as mentoring more junior team members.
This role also entails documentation development including standard operating procedures, ERDs, data governance, best practices, etc.
