Missions :
Rattaché au Responsable Achats, l'Acheteur Junior sera amené à intervenir sur différentes missions au sein d'HTH:
Support à un acheteur dans la Gestion portefeuille achats :
* Gestion de la base tarifaire du portefeuille et analyse des écarts de factures
* Consolidation des besoins (techniques, qualité, volumes, Développement Durable)
* Organisation de rendez-vous fournisseurs
* Réalisation de négociations avec l'acheteur référent
Pilotage du process analyse de risque nouveaux fournisseurs :
* Recherche de renseignements sur les nouveaux fournisseurs
* Formalisation de l'analyse de risque nouveaux fournisseurs suivant la grille d'évaluation HTH en lien avec l'acheteur en charge
* Publication d'indicateur sur l'analyse de risque nouveaux fournisseurs
Amélioration continue :
* Mise en place d'outils permettant la mise à disposition claire et régulière d'informations aux acheteurs pour le pilotage des portefeuilles :
* Accompagnement de l'acheteur référent dans la définition du cahier des charges du projet
* Lancement de campagnes de mise à jour des données auprès des fournisseurs
* Mise en place d'un outil d'archivage et de visulalisation de l'information avec le support BI
* Diffusion de l'information aux partie prenantes
Profil :
* Etudiant en cycle supérieur avec spécialité Achats, en alternance.
* Très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatique, dont Excel (TCD), BI et systèmes d'information
