Overview
The Director of Program Management & Operations provides leadership and direction to ensure the successful execution of strategic and complex programs for the business.
This role is responsible for ensuring program completion on time, to budget, and in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
You will develop and deploy management system processes, tools, and process improvement expertise to influence the achievement of business goals.
This position provides overall business strength to help drive initiatives critical to the ongoing growth and margin improvement of the business unit by defining, analyzing, and monitoring key operational metrics.
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute the overall TSA transition strategy.
* Build and establish the PMO for the acquired banking business, including governance, standards, and reporting.
* Develop a scalable managed services operating framework that can be reused for future acquisitions.
* Partner with executive leadership to establish governance, priorities, risks, and success metrics.
* Align IT transition activities with business objectives and acquisition milestones.
* Serve as the executive escalation point for critical issues.
TSA Planning & Execution
* Lead all IT TSA planning from due diligence through TSA exit.
* Develop a comprehensive transition roadmap with timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
* Manage TSA scope, service schedules, and exit plans.
* Ensure timely completion of all TSA deliverables.
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
* Coordinate multiple workstreams including:
