Account Services Representative Established Overland Park Company within the Collegiate Bookstore Market is looking to add to our Account Services Team.

Experience in this market is highly desirable, but not a necessity.

This fun, fast paced environment is looking for hardworking and energetic people to join our team! We are seeking the right individual, to provide the highest quality of account services to external and internal customers, including but not limited to buyers, sales representatives, production artists, licensing and the merchandising teams.

Responsibilities Assist customers and reps in answering order status questions, resolve issues with art, or other related order issuesSet up business partners, graphic numbers and assist entering orders in the SAP database when neededIssue credits when neededHandle return authorization and damaged goods inquiresCoordinate with the art department to determine best graphic to meet the customers needsWork directly with the Licensing Team involving copy art and licensing approvals
