Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining large industrial textile processing equipment, as well as facility maintenance.
Tasks include start-up and shut-down procedures, electrical troubleshooting, maintaining and operating boilers, welding and cutting, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and other systems.
This position reports to the Chief Engineer.

Reliability Engineer
Molex is seeking a motivated and organized Reliability Engineer with reliability analysis background to join the Design for Reliability (DfR) team.
Reliability Engineer's main responsibility would be working with customers and building test and validation plans.
In addition, work with design engineers and design accelerated stress tests, to evaluate product reliability based on physics-of-failure (PoF) from simulations and providing design feedback to meet reliability goals.
In this role you will
* Develop and execute reliability test plans to validate product designs, including accelerated life testing, environmental stress testing, and other relevant tests to ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements for reliability and durability.
* Align reliability tests with customer requirements & Expectations.
* Interface with Molex Customers & internal stake holders regarding testing requirements.
* Engage with customer specification evolution and support proposed deviations.
* Creation of strong relationship with Customer Reliability Engineers to share and build appropriate reliability test methods and associated validity criteria.

Develop and maintain reliability models, including Weibull and exponential distribution, to predict product reliability and estimate product life.
Develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives, including statistical process control, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze test results, identify trends and patterns, and generate reports to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain reliability reports and documentation, including failure analysis reports, reliability predictions, and test results.

* Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Systems Engineering from an accredited institution.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Cutting Machine Operator is a member of the assembly team and is responsible for following standard work to assemble a wide variety of mechanical units in a safe manner.
The Cutting Machine Operator works as member of the larger plant assembly team and may flex to any of the departments or work stations as volume dictates. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Utilize standard work to assemble mechanical support assemblies in a safe and quality conscious manner eliminating risk of damage.
* Meet daily production goals as assigned.
* Safely operate JIB cranes to lift, move, and position components.
* Assist with the replenishment and organization of the work area.
* Build and fabricate units according to blue prints and shop drawings
* Actively learn all skills necessary to become a world class assembler.
* Follow all safety requirements regarding tools and PPE.
* Maintains and sustain 5’s in the department.
* Actively acquire skills and ability to support the highest quality standards.
* Flex to other areas as needed demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to team success
* Perform all other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
NATURE & SCOPE
Reports to the Team Leader, Station Leader or other supervisor as assigned for the Assembly department.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
* Competent in math including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractional computations, and fraction to decimal conversions.
* Ability to use hand held measuring tools including tape measure, micrometer, and protractor.
* Competent in reading blue prints and reference drawings.
* Working command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* Safely use drills, nail guns, impact wrench and other small power tools as required.
* Know how to correctly fill out In Process Inspections and any other paperwork as required.
* Demonstrated ability to operate JIB cranes; achieved through required certification.
* Ability to safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, lift trucks and jib cranes as required.
* Knowledge of all safety requirements and adherence to safety standards.

A shop hourly position with the primary responsibilities to participate on the receiving team and ensure
that all product, both kits and manufactured parts, are delivered to their correct location on time.

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Quality Manager or designate, the Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring company and customer quality standards are being met and non-conforming material is segregated. This is accomplished by conducting quality inspections and internal audits and communicating test and audit results.

* Collects samples and performs assigned inspection tasks against engineering prints and specifications using various types of inspection equipment and methods.
