The Terminal Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the Baker Truck Service transportation terminal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities
✔️ Transport clean linen in covered carts to designated areas
✔️ Collect and transport soiled linen in covered carts
✔️ Verify linen quantities for delivery
✔️ Conduct linen inventory as required
✔️ Address and resolve client issues
✔️ Maintain clear communication with supervisors
✔️ Uphold quality and safety standards
✔️ Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe
✔️ Operate equipment and complete clerical tasks as needed
✔️ Adhere to Joint Commission Standards and all institutional procedures
Qualifications
✔️ Education: High School Diploma or GED
✔️ Experience: 1-2 years in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar industries
✔️ Skills & Abilities:
* Strong customer service & communication skills
* Positive “can-do” attitude with leadership ability
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift up to 35 lbs., and push/pull carts up to 250 lbs.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Basic computer knowledge (training provided)
