As a Sensory Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the sensory services department at Schreiber Foods.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, a combination of preparing shelf-life studies, working with sensory software, preparing for customer tasting sessions, and creating test solutions.

* Prepare shelf-life samples. Print labels, scoop/measure product into small servings, place on trays, communicate timing to R&D partners.

* Washing trays, wiping down countertops, and general housekeeping of sensory area.
Collaborating with other R&D interns in completing their tasks.
* Manage inventory of sensory supplies (cups, lids, crackers, bags, water bottles, utensils). Partner will need to keep track of inventory and request to order more as necessary.
