In this role, you will:

The Incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with both Internal & External stakeholders to drive Strategies for MT Accounts


* Manage the Spends for the Channel & look at RGM builds & hold NSV & P&L responsibility


* Conceptualise & Manage the Shopper Activation activities to ensure Share Gain for the Channel


* Continuous benchmark with the market, identifying opportunities and proposing improvements in the business model.


* Developing and implementing trade marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets


* Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and B2C marketing plans.


* Plan and execute trade promotions, discounts, and incentive programs to drive sales volume and market share.


* Work closely with the marketing team to develop POS materials, merchandising displays, and other assets that support trade marketing initiatives.


* Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives


* Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on trade marketing strategies and objectives


* Interface for region with Head Office team in organization on all Trade marketing & Marketing related investments/ execution


* Interacting with internal & external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines
