Temporary Guest Service Associate

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Temporary Guest Service Agent to join our team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, answering phone and email inquiries, and resolving guest requests with a positive, service-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:


* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage smooth check-in/check-out processes.


* Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with reservations.


* Process payments, handle billing folios, and reconcile cash/card transactions.


* Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.


* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.


* Comfortable with computers and front-desk property management systems (PMS).


* Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.


* Flexibility to work [weekends / holidays / specific shifts as needed].
