Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities


* Gather and translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.


* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to develop and enhance solutions.


* Support product development, configuration, and issue resolution.


* Analyze healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for process and product improvements.


* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

 

Qualifications


* 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.


* Healthcare technology experience required; HIM or clinical document workflow experience preferred.


* Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


* Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.


* Knowledge of clinical, RCM, and patient journey workflows preferred.


* Experience with AI and product requirements preferred.


* HIM certification is a plus but not required.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 USD - $96,028.00 USD
