What You'll Do: Health by Design, a value-based medical group in San Antonio has an immediate opening for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Wellness Center located in the Shavano Park area of San Antonio (North San Antonio / Northwest Military & 1604).

Will provide professional nursing care to an adult and adolescent patient population (ages 14+).

Must be comfortable drawing blood, and prior EHR experience is required (we use Elation).

Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
