We are searching for the best talent for Surgery Commercial Quality Analyst - Argentina MedTech

Purpose:

Joining our Commercial Quality team means helping ensure that our products, processes, and distribution channels meet high standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety.

As a Commercial Quality Analyst for Argentina MedTech, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and governance of Commercial Quality processes across the Local Operating Company, with a strong focus on quality oversight, compliance, and continuous improvement across warehouse and distribution operations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to strengthen quality and compliance, maintain audit readiness, and support business continuity in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

In this role, you will support compliance with applicable J&J Quality Management System requirements, as well as global, regional, and local quality and regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working closely with the business, translating quality requirements into practical solutions, and contributing to meaningful outcomes for patients, customers, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:



* Maintain and support the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable company standards, procedures, and local regulatory requirements, ensuring appropriate quality controls and product traceability throughout the supply chain.


* Lead and support the timely and compliant investigation of deviations, nonconformances, and compliance gaps, including identification, documentation, root and/or assignable cause analysis, and follow-up through closure.
