Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Essential Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions.Maintain blown film extrusion equipment, auxiliary systems, and support machinery.Diagnose and repair motors, drives, sensors, PLC-controlled equipment, pumps, valves, compressors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues before failures occur.Perform equipment modifications and improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation.Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintenance best practices.Assist with installation and startup of new equipment and production systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
