Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead all facility maintenance operations and ensure a safe, compliant, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee all maintenance operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs


* Supervise and support maintenance staff


* Ensure compliance with safety, fire, infection control, and regulatory requirements


* Coordinate projects and repairs with outside vendors


* Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance concerns


* Assist with budgeting, inventory, and department planning


* Participate in state surveys and develop corrective action plans as needed

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Minimum 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience


* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, boilers, and generators


* Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes


* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


* Healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred
