WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities while promoting residents' comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Essential responsibilities include:


* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and other personal care needs.


* Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring residents safely.


* Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.


* Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing supervisors.


* Measure and record vital signs, weights, and meal/fluid intake as assigned.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.


* Assist residents with meals, mobility, and daily activities.


* Complete documentation accurately and timely.


* Promote a warm, respectful, and positive atmosphere for residents.

QUALIFICATIONS


* Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with California requirements.


* Minimum 10th-grade education.


* CPR certification preferred.


* Compassion, patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to care for others.


* Ability to work as part of a team.
