As the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing occupational safety, environmental compliance and supporting our sustainability initiatives by identifying opportunities to actively engage employees, leveraging expertise and technologies to solve complex problems, and providing ideas and solutions to support continued growth and performance excellence at our U.S.

and Canada operation sites and production locations.

The annual salary range for this role is $114,400 - $143,000 year.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Virginia.

This rate may be modified in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Manage, plan and implement regional level environmental, health and safety programs and systems to assure due diligence of regulatory and internal company expectations at multiple locations within respective geographical area


* Responsible for the development and performance of GXO Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and systems, KPI monitoring/trending/reporting, scheduling and executing EHS program audits and inspections, embedding best in class EHS practices, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance reporting and supporting operation emission reduction initiatives
