About You

In one of our engineering roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Job responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities: 



* Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO 9001:2015, GHPs/HACCP, Green Label, FSC CoC, Halal, EHS, WCA, and Social Compliance standards.


* Lead and drive RFT (Right First Time) Quality initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer delivery processes.


* Manage key quality systems and processes, including Document Control, CAPA, Complaint Handling, SCAR, Change Management, Supplier Quality, Product Specifications, and Regulatory Compliance.


* Oversee quality data, reporting, and continuous improvement activities using ETQ, PASS, and Power BI.


* Support internal, customer, and certification audits while ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and improve operational performance.


* Promote a strong quality culture through training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of ARBEX products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:



* Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.


* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Compliance within a manufacturing environment.


* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GHPs/HACCP, FSC CoC, EHS, and Social Compliance standards.


* Experience managing quality systems, audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
