Field Marketing Manager Atlantic Blue Water Services | Maryland Pay: $25.00 per hour or a salary-based compensation package, plus bonus opportunities Schedule: TuesdaySaturday Coverage Area: Severna Park, Frederick, Westminster, and Forest Hill Work Setting: In Person | Regular Travel Between Retail Locations Lead a Team and Grow Our Retail Marketing Program Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to oversee our Lead Generation team at major retail locations throughout the region.

Youll train and coach employees, coordinate store coverage, monitor results, and hold the team accountable for performance and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, staying active in the field, and taking ownership of daily operations.

What Youll Do Lead the team: Oversee daily activities and ensure employees understand their responsibilities and performance expectations.

Train and coach: Provide hands-on instruction and feedback to strengthen customer engagement and lead-generation skills.

Maintain accountability: Monitor attendance, punctuality, professionalism, productivity, and compliance with company procedures.

Support multiple locations: Visit assigned stores regularly to evaluate performance, address concerns, and maintain consistent standards.

Coordinate operations: Manage staffing, schedules, store coverage, and promotional materials.

Track results: Review lead volume and quality, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements.

Lead by example: Engage shoppers and generate leads alongside employees when needed.

Build retail relationships: Communicate professionally with store personnel and ensure employees follow store requirements.

Keep leadership informed: Report on staffing, training, results, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Experience in team leadership, field supervision, sales, retail, marketing, or a related customer-facing role Ability to coach employees, communicate clear expectations, and address performance concerns Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple locations and competing priorities Comfort reviewing results and taking action to improve performance Willingness to perform lead-generation duties when needed Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday and travel regularly throughout the coverage area Preferred, but not required: Experience managing employees across multiple locations.
