Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team is recruiting an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Strategy & Execution-Oncology.

This is an M2 people-leader opportunity to lead three direct reports and shape the strategy, operating model, and execution of the Field Reimbursement Manager organization across the full Oncology portfolio.

This leader will operate at the intersection of portfolio strategy, launch readiness, access and reimbursement, analytics, technology, and field execution.

Working closely with brand, market access, Patient Experience, analytics, technology, and field leaders, this individual will translate complex business priorities into clear strategies and scalable solutions that strengthen customer experience, remove access barriers, and help patients start and stay on J&J Oncology therapies.

The ideal candidate is a portfolio minded leader who combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution, develops exceptional talent, and can influence across a complex matrix to deliver measurable results.
