Our European Distribution Center in La Louvière (DC LAL) plays an important role in the J&J supply chain.

The site supports the distribution of Innovative Medicine products through direct, replenishment and affiliate shipments, as well as Value Added Services.

The site operates in an environment where digitalization, technology and operational excellence are key areas of focus.

We are looking for a motivated Bachelor's or Master's student who is eager to gain practical experience within an international supply-chain environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.

Your internship will be structured around two main pillars:

1.

Digitalization & Data Analytics

You will help us turn operational data into useful insights and identify opportunities to further digitalize our processes.

Depending on the projects and your interests, activities may include:


* Collecting, structuring and analyzing operational data


* Developing or improving dashboards and performance indicators


* Identifying opportunities to automate or digitalize existing processes


* Translating operational needs into practical data solutions


* Supporting data-driven decision making within the DC


* Exploring tools and approaches that can improve visibility and efficiency

This directly supports DC LAL's ambition to use data analytics and digital solutions to enable timely, data-driven insights and increase efficiency, agility and resilience.

Operational Excellence

Alongside the digital component, you will work directly with our operational teams to understand how a distribution center functions and identify opportunities for improvement.
