Service Shop Supervisor

Summary Under the supervision of the Service Shop Manager, The Service Shop Supervisor is a key leadership role within the Service Shop Department, working in equal partnership with the Service Parts Supervisor to manage the day-to-day flow of cart processing, repair, and assembly.

This position oversees the operations related to used, remanufactured, and new shopping carts, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in all work areas within the Service Shop Department.

This role actively collaborates with the Service Parts Supervisor, Service Shop Manager, and Division Plant Manager to coordinate inventory, and production needs, and plays a critical role in managing labor, scheduling, and job assignments.
