Job Description:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:


* Excellent written and oral communications skills


* Able to lift up to 50lbs frequently.


* Able to stand and walk on concrete floor constantly.


* Skilled in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with expertise in Excel preferred


* Must have the ability to actively initiate, lead, and participate in problem solving activities as they pertain to supplier quality issues


* Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation and conflict resolution skills.


* Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


* Must be adaptable to change and have the ability/desire to make a difference.


* Solid math skills and measurements are essential.


* Must be willing to hold self and others accountable to safety and quality policies and procedures

 

Description of Duties:


* Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant by continuously checking for hazardous conditions.


* Assists with consistently administering company policies and practices regarding attendance, performance, etc.


* Maintaining employee morale by portraying a positive image of the company.


* Communicate with employees on a regular basis.


* Assists with allocating daily staffing needs by reviewing workload requirements and initiating appropriate action.


* Assists in the training and coaching of both new and existing associates within their department to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.


* Expected to participate in activities such as training and safety programs in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the work area(s) involved.


* Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Compensation Range:
$27.25-33.28
