What You'll Do Patient Support & Care Coordination Greet and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and respect throughout their clinic visit.

Support patient flow by escorting patients, preparing rooms, and coordinating with clinical staff to minimize delays.

Assist patients with mobility, comfort, and general support needs when appropriate.

Obtain and document basic patient information, vital signs, and chief complaints when assigned, appropriately trained, and within the roles permitted scope.

Provide clinic instructions, forms, and general visit information while promptly escalating concerns to providers or clinic leadership.

Front Desk & Administrative Support Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and check-in kiosk use.

Answer telephone calls courteously and provide accurate information and assistance.

Scan and upload patient identification, insurance cards, forms, and reports into the EMR system.
