Now hiring for our new Weekend Shift Friday through SundayThree 12-hour shiftsFour days off every week What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipmentDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systemsRepair and replace bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, valves, cylinders, and related componentsRespond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance callsPerform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliabilityTravel between Bright Wood facilities using a company vehicle as needed What We're Looking For Three or more years of Millwright or industrial maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance teamWillingness to travel between local facilities (approximately 25%)Ability to respond to breakdown calls when scheduled Benefits Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramOngoing training and developmentOpportunities for advancement Location Employees generally report to one primary location but may travel between Bright Wood facilities in Madras, Culver, Redmond, and Prineville using a company vehicle.
