Cleaning Technician

This position is responsible for routine and emergent cleaning needs of an outpatient medical facility.

This is a full time dayshift position.

Clean the interior of the Slocum Center and affiliated properties, including floors, windows, and walls.Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.Empty trash and recycling binsStock and maintain supply roomsVacuum, sweep, and mop floorsClean and maintain restrooms.Wash and clean windows and mirrorsDust furniture and fixturesNotify management of any concerns or unsafe conditionsOffers assistance to guests when necessaryReport in a timely manner to clean emergent situations as directed by managementAdhere to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct and best practicesAct in a professional and courteous manner at all times with co-workers, vendors, patients, etc.Utilize materials, supplies, tools and other building property in a safe, productive mannerPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.
