Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our CMW R&D and Global Marketing teams for a 12-month Marketing Industrial Placement.

You'll gain hands-on experience in technical marketing, learn from experienced colleagues and take ownership of meaningful projects aligned with business goals.

During your placement you'll:


* Support exciting marketing projects and product launches, working with Marketing, Sales, R&D and other cross-functional teams.


* Help create and update marketing materials, including content for new products, highlighting key features and benefits.


* Work with internal teams and creative agencies to analyse sales and marketing trends and help develop engaging, high-quality marketing materials.


* Support our digital presence and marketing channels, helping ensure content and materials are accurate, current and engaging.


* Help maintain our global library of marketing materials, ensuring content is current and available to teams when needed.


* Gain exposure to product marketing, including supporting training and demonstrations across the cement and biomaterials product portfolio.


* Contribute to business cases and future marketing projects, giving you exposure to how ideas progress from concept to implementation.


* Support marketing studies designed to build evidence for product claims.


* Coordinate marketing activities, including meetings, conferences, promotional materials, product samples and workshop equipment.


* Gain practical business experience through activities such as purchase order processing and working with internal and external stakeholders.


* Follow applicable company policies, procedures and Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.


* Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you develop throughout the placement.
