Job responsibilities



* Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility


* Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.


* Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure


* Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives


* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and apply technical fluency in relevant platforms and approved tools to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects


* Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning, fostering continuous learning and reuse-first practices for analysis and documentation


* Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field


* Strong product management experience, in data management or telemetry.


* Strong knowledge of Splunk, telemetry solutions, and data movement technologies.


* Excellent customer management and communication skills.


* Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
