Temporary Facility Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Mountain View Post Acute, Ellensburg, WA

Job Type: Full-Time Temporary/Interim
Hourly Wage: $23-$32

As the Interim Facility Staffing Coordinator, you'll be the go-to for ensuring that:


* Every nursing shift is fully and appropriately staffed based on census, budget, and need


* New hires are prepped and ready with schedules and orientation support


* Attendance and tardiness are monitored and reported accurately


* You work closely with HR and Nursing leaders to ensure smooth daily operations


* Communication stays clear, positive, and professional with staff, applicants, and departments


* Records, licenses, and certifications are always up-to-date and compliant


* Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure all shifts are covered


* Fill last-minute call-outs and shift changes


* Schedule and track transportation for resident appointments and outings


* Work closely with drivers and nursing staff to keep everything running on time


* Handle any changes or updates with confidence and speed


* Maintain accurate records and reports like scheduling logs and transport calendars


* Collaborate across departments to keep operations flowing
