Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, GSINC Value Realization within the Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting program, GSINC.

GSINC is building an integrated, AI-enabled contracting capability designed to make contracting faster, simpler, more consistent, and more valuable to the enterprise.

The program brings together process, policy, templates, technology, data, and intelligence to establish a scalable contracting foundation across Johnson & Johnson.

Purpose: The Senior Manager, GSINC Value Realization is the enterprise benefits, performance, and outcome-management leader for this transformation.

Reporting through the GSINC Transformation Office, the role converts the approved business case and GSINC strategy into measurable OKRs, benefit cases, baselines, value forecasts, evidence standards, and recurring realization reviews.

The Senior Manager partners with Finance, workstream leaders, business activation owners, PMO, Change & Communications, technology, data and analytics teams, and business groups to connect delivery and adoption evidence to operational and financial outcomes.

Workstream and business leaders retain accountability for delivering their outcomes; this role owns the integrated value framework, challenge, evidence quality, scorecards, and realization-review process.
