Mental Health Clinician, LCSW or Equivalent (POTFF)

Maximus is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide behavioral healthcare, counseling, case management, and clinical support services for Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel and their families.

This role supports the psychological, social, and operational readiness of Service Members by addressing the unique challenges of military life, supporting recovery and resilience, and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary care teams, medical personnel, legal authorities, commanders, schools, and other stakeholders.

The Behavioral Health Clinician also participates in approved research, clinical investigations, and quality improvement activities to strengthen behavioral health services within the SOF community.

Candidates must possess an active U.S.

Government security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required for contract performance.

This position is pending upon contract award.

Candidates should be able to support operations at one or more of the following locations: Phenix City, AL; Tucson, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; Washington, DC; Crestview, Destin, Florida City, Fort Walton Beach, Homestead, Niceville, Riverview, and Tampa, FL; Columbus and Savannah, GA; Honolulu, HI; Clarksville, KY; Fayetteville and Spring Lake, NC; Clovis, NM; Arlington, VA; Lakewood and Tacoma, WA.
