Centra has an exciting opportunity for a Centra Financial Services (CFS) Support Specialist position at our Washington Street location in Columbus, Indiana.

The Centra Financial Services (CFS) Support Specialist provides administrative support and is responsible for facilitating and managing sales and marketing activities for multiple Investment Consultants.

The starting wage for this opportunity is $24.42 per hour.

Essential Functions: This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested.

*   Assists Investment Consultants administratively coordinating calendars, scheduling events, and preparing CFS documents.

Provides Member and Team Member service by telephone and email, greets visitors, receives incoming correspondence and distributes to the appropriate Team Member.


*  Assists Investments Consultants on marketing campaigns for CFS and partners with Marketing department for best exposure and resources.

Collaborates with Broker Dealer and Centra Marketing and understands compliance requirements of both organizations.


* Performs on-going marketing efforts which include coordinating marketing campaigns, lobby days, direct mail, seminars, advertisements, digital media, newsletter articles, and any other marketing activities assigned to grow CFS business.

Attends various events for set up and assistance.

This includes coordinating with branches to ensure marketing materials are current and supply needs are met.
