Hillsboro Post Acute is looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist (ST/SLP) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while enhancing their quality of life.

Position: PRN Speech Therapist (ST/SLP)

What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.


* Develop personalized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, dietary services, and therapy team members.


* Educate residents and families regarding treatment programs and progress.


* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For:


* Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license.


* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
