Meet the Team! Selected candidates will get the chance to meet our team, interview for current opportunities, tour our facility, and potentially leave with a conditional job offer.

If hired, your day may include tasks such as: Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fabricating conveyor belts.

Using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

Reading measurements and following customer specifications.

Installing mechanical fasteners and components.

Working independently and as part of a team to complete custom orders.

Wages start at $20.00 per Hour and Available Shifts include: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 3:00PM 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3:00PM to 1:30AM (+ $2.00 per Hour shift premium) 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday 10:00PM to 6:30AM (+ $2.00 per Hour shift premium) Successful candidates in the past have had backgrounds in construction, automotive, landscaping, warehouses, flooring, carpentry, manufacturing, or other hands-on jobs.
