The Opportunity
As General Manager, you'll take ownership of a distinctive property with multiple revenue streams, a committed team, and tremendous potential.

You'll lead hotel operations, Food & Beverage, weddings, special events, and the overall guest experience, while managing the financial performance of the business.

You'll have the support of Lark Hotels, but we'll also expect you to bring your own ideas, instincts, accountability, and leadership to the table.

We want someone who thinks like an owner, leads like a coach, and delivers like an operator.
What You'll Own
The Business


* Drive total property revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage, weddings, and special events.


* Build and execute annual business plans, operating budgets, staffing strategies, marketing initiatives, and capital improvement plans.


* Own profitability.

Understand the numbers, challenge expenses, manage labor, and protect the bottom line without compromising the guest experience.


* Partner with Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities, grow market share, and maximize revenue.


* Build strong relationships with ownership, Lark leadership, community partners, and key business accounts.


* Establish clear performance goals and hold your leadership team accountable for results.
