Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Process orders and maintain inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)


* Perform data entry tasks


* Research and correct transaction errors


* Handle domestic and international shipping documents


* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, including email correspondence and issue resolution.


* Support warehouse operations by handling requests, conducting quality checks, and documenting findings.


* Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, transportation, IT, and customer teams to support business objectives.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* 4 years of warehouse experience


* Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English


* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel


* Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed

It'd be great if you also have:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* 4 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment


* 6 months of experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS



* Experience with WMS, ERP, Oracle, TMS, SFDC, and Tableau reporting tools.

This job requires the ability to:


* Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights


* Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull


* Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time


* Handle or manage tools or equipment


* Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
