We're looking for a Technical Product Owner based in São Paulo

Job Description:

As the Product Owner for Sales Excellence initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the technology solutions that drive our Commercial Excellence programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and different IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Strategy and Roadmap:
+ Lead the product / platform vision, strategy and OKR's for a commercial planning product, aligning business demands with the product roadmap
+ Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned product
+ Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
+ Manage product/platform constraints and resolve cross-team dependencies; manage demand intake as required

+ Solutioning & Delivery:
o Lead and define the standards for the product, including overall design and features, development standards, release management processes and schedules, testing / validation, compliance and master data structures
o Manage budget allocation and financial performance for the product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value realization
o Manage strategic vendor relationships, optimizing capabilities, performance, and investment outcomes across the product portfolio
o Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s)
